Oven, grill, hot plates and exhaust fan (especially the removable mesh) above hotplates to be cleaned and free from oil. If stainless steel, use non-abrasive agents only!
Microwave/Fridge to be cleaned inside and out if the property is furnished
Exhaust fans (Bathroom/Laundry) to be cleaned from dust and grime.
All floor surfaces to be washed thoroughly. If wooden floors, use correct floor cleaning agents only!
Windows/sliding doors including sills, frames and tracks are to be cleaned.
Front of cupboards to be clean and those in the kitchen to be grease free
Skirting boards to be cleaned.
Courtyard paving/driveways to be swept and all weeds/leaves removed.
Balcony’s must be swept and cleaned with mop and bucket, any marks removed.
Carpets to be vacuumed, if stains are evident, please have professionally cleaned
Shower screens to be free of calcium and shower recess to be free of mould
All surfaces including kitchen and bathroom to be free of stains
Air conditioning vents to be clean, you can run a vacuum over these
